VDSimulator
A simple “Must Have” tool for surveyors and engineers.
This portable software can help during configuration and troubleshooting. But it’s also great for navigation software training and tests, as well as software development (actually it was born for the latter reason).
It simulates various instruments like GNSS, Echosounder, Gyrocompass, IMU, USBL, Magnetometer, etc.
Sentences can be sent via Serial or UDP.
It can output from two different ports at the same time (port A and port B).
This utility is a work in progress, so suggestions are always welcome for the implementation of new instruments/sentences.
